Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address and cellphone number. We use these details to respond to your home-financing inquiry and manage your contact request and communication preferences. These details are processed through our RAD CRM system, which uses HighLevel/LeadConnector. The submit notice discloses phone/email contact about your inquiry and occasional holiday emails. No SMS consent is requested for the current launch.
Contact form and loan applications
This contact form is not a loan application or pre-approval and does not authorize a credit report. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account details or financial documents through it or by text. Our application links open a separate LendingPad application. Review the notices in that application before providing information there.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for at least three years. This is a minimum retention period; it does not mean records are automatically deleted after three years.
Contact information and service providers
We do not share your contact information with other companies for their own marketing. We use service providers to host our website, operate our CRM and support communications. Those providers may process information to provide those services. This is distinct from providing your contact information to other companies for their own marketing.
Hosting and external resources
Our website uses Netlify hosting. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, images from images.unsplash.com, images.pexels.com and storage.googleapis.com, and an embedded rate display from Mortgage News Daily. Your browser connects to these providers to load their resources, and they receive the network information needed to deliver them. Their websites and resources have their own privacy practices.
